About DB.
DB’s work today is the result of more than forty years of photographic experience distilled into a new visual language. After a long and successful career as an international advertising photographer in London, he has shifted his focus toward a more personal and expressive art practice.
Working in a digital collage medium, DB brings together photography, illustration, texture, colour, AI and graphic design to create images that communicate ideas and evoke emotion.
This blend of mediums allows him to explore themes with depth and nuance, while giving space for spontaneity and self-expression.
His practice is driven by a desire to make work that means something. Images shaped by lived experience, technical precision, and an ongoing curiosity. This layered approach forms the foundation of his current artistic voice. Thoughtful, experimental, and distinctly his own.

These unique images come in a variety of sizes, allowing you to select the perfect piece for your space. Most images are available in:
A0 (840 x 1190 mm), limited to just one print;
A1 (595 x 840 mm), with only two prints;
A2 (420 x 590 mm), with three prints;
A3 (295 x 420 mm), limited to five prints.

Printed on premium archival-quality papers, primarily Hahnemühle or German etching (310 gsm), these artworks are made to last, with vibrant archival pigments that ensure long-lasting colour.

When shipping, each print is carefully wrapped in fine tissue paper and protected in a mailing tube with secure end caps, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition. Courier tracking is available, with shipping costs at cost for destinations within New Zealand, Australia, and worldwide.
